Events and digital creative services

Plan creative equipment around skills, repeat clients and reliable delivery. Photography, design, production and event services can grow in stages. Finance should cover a workable service package, including storage, maintenance and working capital—not only an expensive headline device.

Who and what the project needs

Experienced freelancers and small creative-service businesses. Appropriate equipment; software rights; safe storage; transport; data backup; equipment care.

How repayment or affordability should be tested

Use paid or credible contracted work, allowing for deposits, final-payment delays and quiet periods.

Critical risks

Technology obsolescence, theft, copyright or consent issues and one-client dependence can undermine income.

What to prepare

Portfolio and bookings; customer contracts; rights/consent process; itemised quote; data/security and replacement plan.

What to measure

Collected revenue, completed work, repeat clients and net cash rather than social-media reach.
