How repayment or affordability should be tested
Use actual product sales or agreed collection fees, net of labour, transport, rejects and processing time. Carbon credits are excluded unless independently contracted and verified.
Critical risks
Contamination, odour, weak nutrient quality, unsafe residues and uncertain demand can make stock unsellable.
What to prepare
Feedstock and buyer agreements; technical process; site permission; quality standard; safety and disposal arrangements.
What to measure
Saleable compliant output, paid demand, safe handling and net margin.
