Choose tools and equipment that fit validated orders, technical skills and available power. Include installation, training, maintenance and working capital in the plan. Compare incremental improvements with a larger purchase that may remain underused.
How repayment or affordability should be tested
Use conservative order volume and net contribution after materials, wages, maintenance and rejected work.
Critical risks
A machine does not create demand. Underutilisation, power constraints, imported spare-part costs and workplace hazards can prevent expected earnings.

What to measure
Productive hours, accepted orders, net margin and safe operation.
