The programme supports eligible youth enterprises under its published scope and financing arrangements. Your age, activity, business readiness and the participating provider’s requirements matter. Ask for the current programme window, funding availability and complete terms before preparing an application. Programme eligibility is not a credit approval, and terms published for one institution do not automatically apply elsewhere.
