Find a verified service point for depositing or withdrawing under your account’s rules. Check opening hours, the documents or authorisation needed, limits, charges and any notice requirement before travelling. The receiving institution and receipt should be clear. A branch listed in the network does not automatically serve every other D-SACCO’s accounts, and a location shown in an illustration is not proof of a working service point.
